One of those legacy real estate families that shaped Kolkata’s skyline. With 30+ years of experience, they’ve planned, built, and delivered 65+ properties across Kolkata and West Bengal- all in prime, high-demand locations.

They’re developers, planners, consultants and legal advisors rolled into one powerhouse family-run brand- basically, the OGs of premium real estate in the city.

Brief

When they came to us, things were… out of control.
Their website had been hacked and was redirecting to random, malicious pages- not exactly the vibe you want when you’re selling crores worth of property.

On top of crisis control, they needed:

  • A brand-new website (and fast!)

  • A complete organic brand-building strategy

  • A strong yet organic social media presence to promote their upcoming projects

  • Consistent content that felt premium, trustworthy and legacy-driven

It was a classic “fix-the-plane-while-flying-it” moment- and we were ready to take it on.

Our  IDEATION

Step 1? Hit the emergency button.
We immediately took down the hacked site to stop further brand damage and put up a clean ‘Coming Soon’ landing page with all essential contact details- so lead flow didn’t crash while we rebuilt everything on the backend.

Step 2: Start fresh.
We began developing an entirely new website from scratch- clean UI, high-clarity UX, CTA-driven layouts and a design language aligned with their brand colours. Everything was built to showcase their scale, legacy and credibility.

Step 3: Build the brand- digitally.
Since their previous online presence was non-existent, we created a new social media identity-

  • curated visuals,

  • clean reel & creatives,

  • storytelling-led content,

  • and regular organic posting to rebuild trust and authority.

Our goal was simple: make Meharia Consortium look as premium online as they already are offline.
