Brand: Oxford Purbasha

A cozy G+3 standalone property in Madurdaha, right on the southern edge of Kolkata. It offers ready-to-move 3BHK apartments, each with 3 sides open, which basically means: sunlight goals, ventilation goals and balcony-coffee goals.

It’s the kind of property perfect for families who want to stay in Kolkata, not “45 minutes from Kolkata but technically still Kolkata.”

Brief

The client came to us with a classic makeover request-
An older standalone building named Abinash Purbasha needed a complete rebrand and a fresh identity.

The mission:

  • Rename it to Oxford Purbasha

  • Create a new logo for the frontage

  • Design a brochure that feels premium but MIG-friendly

  • Put together broker invitations for channel partners

  • Create social media creatives, hoardings + standees for neighborhood discovery and top-of-mind recall

The challenge?
This was a standalone property with no big-ticket amenities, so the branding needed to work harder to create aspiration and appeal to the MIG audience without overpromising.

Our  IDEATION

We kept the approach clean, warm, and aspirational. Since Oxford Purbasha wasn’t selling amenities, we leaned into what was powerful-

  • the comfort of living within the city,

  • the joy of family time and

  • the emotional value of a well-connected everyday life.

The branding style was anchored in white and red, staying aligned with the developer’s colour palette for consistency and recall. The logo and content tone were crafted to feel trustworthy, homely and modern, creating a sense of pride around living in a calm, well-connected Kolkata locality.

A little emotional storytelling + clean real-estate minimalism = a brand identity that finally gave Oxford Purbasha the spotlight it deserved.
